An E.U.O is a deposition "light". It is used by insurance companies to ask questions of their insured about their claim. Present at these meetings are the examining attorney representing the insurance company, a stenographic court reporter, and sometimes the insured's attorney.

Unlike a deposition, there are NO RULES on how to conduct an E.O.U. We follow the same rules as in a normal deposition.
